  • When you initially reach out to us about the prospect of selling your home, we provide you with a in-home consultation and analysis. We bring our expertise on the current housing market, provide recommendations on what you should  do to make your home model-worthy, and give you an estimate on the value of your home. 
  • After getting your home listed on the MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia, we market your home through the avenues that people are actively searching such as social media and with other real estate agents.
  • Open houses are important, because not only does it give prospects the opportunity to casually see your home, but it gives us the opportunity to tell your home's unique story and help potential buyers visualize themselves living their new home.
  • Other avenues we may market your home through are a video walk-through of your house, local newspapers, and Facebook.

Once your home is under contract, our team ensures that you are kept up to date on next steps, all dates and deadlines, and works closely with lenders and title companies to make sure we are on-track for an on-time closing.
